What is the difference between the Alpaca Bamboo and Alpaca Gold? +
Both use pure natural Australian alpaca fleece, but the Bamboo blends 40% alpaca with 60% bamboo fibre, while the Gold is 100% pure alpaca. The bamboo blend makes the Bamboo more moisture-wicking and breathable. Choose Bamboo if you sleep warm or want maximum moisture management; choose Gold if you want the purest alpaca performance.
How warm is each Alpaca Bamboo weight? +
The Bamboo comes in four weights. The 200gsm Summer is the lightest, for warm sleepers and hot nights. The 300gsm All Year suits most of the year in temperate to warm homes. The 400gsm Winter delivers deep warmth through cold nights — independently tested. The 600gsm Winter Plus is the warmest, for cold sleepers and very cold climates.
