At Kelly & Windsor, we take pride in manufacturing Australia's finest alpaca and merino wool bedding. To maintain our strict hygiene standards and comply with Australian Health Regulations, we cannot accept returns for any used bedding products. We encourage you to review your order carefully to ensure you have selected the correct size and weight for your needs.
If you have ordered the wrong item or size and wish to request an exchange, we are happy to assist provided the product meets the following criteria:
Unused & Undamaged: The item must be in its original, brand-new condition.
Original Packaging: All luxury packaging must be intact and included.
Prior Authorization: All returns must be authorized by the Kelly & Windsor team before being sent back to our Campbellfield factory.
Buyer Responsibility: Return freight costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Secure Transit: We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot take responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit.
No Unauthorized Returns: Credits or exchanges will not be issued for items returned without a prior authorization number.
This policy is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If a product is found to have a manufacturing fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with your consumer guarantees.
