From the receipt of raw materials through manufacturing to the final packing of the alpaca quilts, duvets, doonas and pillows, there are multiple points of inspection for quality and conformance to our product specifications.

At every stage of production, all products are checked carefully as part of our TQM (Total Quality Management) system. 

Every article is individually inspected before packing by our experienced team and we record packing dates for each individual item which enables us to trace products as part of our TQM philosophy.
If any article is not 100% right it is assessed and sent back to the production staff for rework, if possible or it is scrapped. We do not ship second quality products.

Our quilts, duvets, doonas, underblankets and pillows are guaranteed as being a genuine Australian made product with the finest quality raw materials and quality manufacturing.
