In the past, you would order stock from us, bring it into your inventory, possibly repack it, and then ship it to your customer.

But why go through all that when we can do it for you?

How Does the K&W Drop Ship Option Work?

Simply send us your customer’s order by email, including the following details:

• Product details (item code, description, and quantity)
• Customer’s full name
• Delivery address (please ensure it's correct and includes the postcode)
• Contact phone number (essential for delivery)
• Special delivery instructions (e.g. "deliver to rear entrance", "leave at reception", etc.)
• Your order reference number
  

Once we receive your order, we will:

Check all details, pack, and ship the order directly to your customer — usually within 1 to 2 business days.

Contact you immediately if there are any issues (e.g. item out of stock, incorrect shipping details, etc.).

Send you a shipping confirmation email including:

• Carrier details
• Consignment tracking number
• A website link where both you and your customer can track the delivery status
  

The order will be shipped with a Kelly & Windsor packing slip, without any invoice or pricing information.
We can ship to your customer’s home, office, institution, or work site — anywhere a signature can be obtained.
Please note: We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or locations where no one is available to sign (e.g. "leave at the door").

Drop Shipping Fees

• Flat rate: $25.00 for most orders within Australia.
• For remote or hard-to-reach locations (e.g. Marble Bar, Norfolk Island), additional freight charges may apply. We'll always contact you first for approval.
• If a re-delivery is required due to a missed delivery, a re-delivery fee may also apply.
  

The drop ship fee will be added to your invoice — no surprises, just simple and transparent service.
