The prices listed on this website include Australian Goods & Services tax (GST) and free delivery to domestic Australian addresses.

Upon receipt of your order, if the items are in stock, we will do our best to ship your order within two or three business days. If there are any delays beyond this, we will contact you.

If we are temporarily out of stock, we will immediately contact you, advise you of the expected shipment date, and give you the choice of waiting or cancelling your order. Sometimes, we offer you an upgrade if we do not have the item in stock.

We send out orders with Direct Freight Express, which is usually overnight plus one or two days delivery, depending upon your location. Please note that we will only ship to residential or business street addresses. 

We do not deliver to an Australian Post Box.

Once your order is shipped, we will email you to advise you of the shipping details, including the order tracking details, through our courier, Direct Freight Express.

We are very experienced in overseas shipping and can arrange delivery to most regions in the world.
