Founded in 2001, Kelly & Windsor began with a clear vision: to design, innovate, and manufacture a premium range of Australian-made bedding accessories using the finest natural fibres. As a fully vertical manufacturer, we manage every step of the process—from sourcing and processing raw fibres like alpaca fleece and fine merino wool, to crafting the final product in our local facility. Our operations are guided by Lean Manufacturing principles, enabling us to reduce waste, optimise efficiency, and operate more sustainably.
We also invest in specialised equipment that allows us to manage many aspects of production and marketing in-house—from manufacturing components to producing our own printed materials. Our philosophy is simple: if we can do it ourselves to the standard we expect, we will.

From the receipt of raw materials to final packing, our products undergo multiple quality checks to ensure they meet strict specifications. Each item is individually inspected and traceable by packing date. If a product doesn’t meet our exacting standards, it’s either reworked or rejected—we never ship seconds or substandard goods.

Sustainability is embedded in everything we do. We use premium natural fibres, and our products are made with care for both people and the planet. The alpacas that provide our luxurious fleece are treated with the utmost respect and are never harmed in the harvesting process.
We’re also proud to hold an exclusive global contract with Kangaroo Island Wool, a leader in responsible wool production. Their Code of Practice prioritises animal welfare, environmental stewardship, and social good—values that align seamlessly with our own.
