Under Australian Consumer Law and Health Regulations, we are not able to accept the return of any articles that you have purchased on this site which have been used.

If you have ordered the wrong item or size and wish to exchange it, this may be possible if the item has not been used in any way, is undamaged and in its original packaging.

The return freight cost is for the buyers account and we cannot take responsibility for the return of any products and will not accept any returns nor give credit for items that have not been authorized for return by Kelly & Windsor.
