In May 2018 we attended the 2018 Retail Global Internet Marketing Conference in Queensland Australia.
Why you might ask, would an ultra niche manufacturer of luxury alpaca bedding products want to go to Australia's leading digital marketing conference?
Well, we feel that that with today's online and digital global sales and marketing channels there are a number of very real opportunities for us to globally promote the Kelly & Windsor brand of luxury bedding collections.
The 2018 Retail Global Conference was a three day event, which was supported by several major international sponsors, Amazon, eBay and many local Australian cutting edge speakers. We went to learn about how we can expand our reach and promote our business on a global scale.
In all, there was more than ten dedicated half day workshops, group presentations and over 75 smaller presentations which was a very full on three days. An enormous range of topics, presentations and so many great ideas and inspirations. To find out more about this exciting event www.retailglobal.com.au
With a head full of ideas, we returned to Melbourne and have recently engaged a leading digital design agency in Melbourne to help us to revamp our web site and to assist us in updating our digital marketing strategy.

I noticed a Facebook post last weekend "who owns Kelly & Windsor Australia?" Is it really an Australian owned business?
We are a 100% owned Australian owned and operated business. The ownership of the company is on the pubic records and we extensively use the Australian made and Owned logo under a licence agreement with The Australia Made Campaign.
Despite the challenges of the Covid pandemic, we have maintained full manufacturing and shipping operations since the initial out break. We are actually struggling to met demand for our luxurious Australian Made bedding collections.
We have instigated strict Covid Safe Policies and Practices and are prepared to offer full support to staff who may be effected in these difficult times.
We were on TVSN with our Alpaca Gold 400 winter quilts and pillows with two shows in June which were both sold out.
These shows were the first time featuring our finest pure Alpaca Gold quilts and despite not being able to be in the studio in person, the shows were a great success with repeat orders required to fill customer back orders.
