Fleece samples

We now can supply small plastic containers to assist in the retail sales promotion of our quilts, with samples of alpaca fleece and wool. In our experience, by having these fibre samples on hand, retailers can easily demonstrate to potential customers the dramatic difference between alpaca and wool.

Sales training

We are continuing to offer in house sales information and product training to retail staff of the features and benefits of alpaca bedding. After four years in the market, it is very clear that where retailers have been fully trained, their sell through rate has been dramatically improved.
